How do I order flowers from you?
You could order flowers from us through our online store, email, Whatsapp or phone call.
Do you provide a message card ?
Yes. We provide a message card for you to convey your feelings to the recipient along with the flower.
Can you change the flower or colour of the flower for my order ?
Yes. Your wish is our command. Please let us know your requirements before placing an order.
How do I know if my order is received and confirmed ?
You should receive a confirmation email from us within 10 mins after placing an order. Please also check your spam/junk email folder if you do not see one.
What time will my flower arrive?
We deliver Mon to Sun from 10:30am -7pm.
How do I know if my order is delivered?
You will get an email from us when your order has been dispatched. You could contact our customer service should you want to check the delivery status of the order.
How do I pay for my flower?
We accept various methods of payment including credit card, Payme, FPS and bank transfer
Is it safe to pay for my flowers online ?
Our store is PCI compliant by default so customers can keep payment information and business data safe.
How much is the flower delivery fee?
We provide FREE flower delivery service for orders or 1000HKD or above.
Can I cancel my order ?
Once order is placed and accepted, cancellation will not be accepted.
Do you provide specific time flower delivery?
Yes. Customers could select specific time delivery shipping method at check out for 250HKD. Customers could provide us the designated one-hour window for delivery. e.g. 2pm-3pm
Do you provide same day flower delivery?
Yes. We guarantee same day delivery for orders placed before 5pm.
Do you delivery flowers on Sundays and public holidays ?
Yes. We delivery Mon to Sun except during Chinese New Year.
How long do the flowers last ?
