How do I know if my order is received and confirmed?
You should receive a confirmation email from us within 10 mins after placing an order. Please also check your spam/junk mail folder if you do not see one.
How do I know if my order is delivered ?
You will get an email from us when your order has been dispatched. You could contact our customer service should you want to check the delivery status of your order.
How do I pay for my flower?
We accept various methods of payment including credit cards, Payme, FPS, and bank transfers.
Is it safe to pay for my flowers online ?
Our store is PCI compliant by default so customers can keep payment information and business data safe.
Can I cancelled my order ?
Once order is placed and accepted, cancellation will not be accepted.
How long do the flowers last ?
Flowers could stay fresh for 3-5 days if you provide proper care.
Can I send flowers anonymously ?
Your information will not be shared without your permission even if the recipient asks about the information about who sent the order.

How much is delivery fee ?
We provide FREE delivery across Hong Kong for orders of 1000HKD or above.
A delivery fee will be applied for locations such as Lantau Island. Please contact us for more information.
